Goetz & Eckland P.A. was founded in 2002 by partners Frederick J. Goetz and Deborah Causey Eckland. The firm represents companies and individuals. Frederick heads the team focusing on criminal defense, civil rights and personal injury/wrongful death cases. Deborah’s team focuses on defending individuals and insurers in a variety of settings, such as construction litigation, daycare provider liability and automobile accidents. Together, the lawyers of Goetz & Eckland P.A. are able to approach cases from different perspectives resulting in strong advocacy and effective representation for clients.
