Frederick J. GoetzAlan King

Alan has been an associate attorney with Goetz and Eckland P.A. since October 2005. He focuses his practice in construction litigation, representing a wide range of contractors in a variety of trades. Alan also specializes in the areas of personal injury defense, no-fault defense, and insurance subrogation. Alan has been named a 2008, 2009 and 2010 “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine.

After completing service in the U.S. military, Alan lived and worked in Los Angeles, CA, counseling youth and families. Alan presently lives in Burnsville, MN with his wife and two sons.
