Cherry v. City of Minneapolis
Substantial verdict in favor of man beaten by Minneapolis Police Officer.  The officer had previously been acquitted in criminal trial arising out of the same incident.

Otis Walker v. City of Minneapolis: $150,000 settlement obtained for client who was wrongfully shot in leg by police officer with no permanent injury.

Aaron Madden and Dennis Burns v. City of Minneapolis: Unlawful entry claim against two Minneapolis police officers. Case settled for $90,000 after United States District Court Judge granted the motion brought by Goetz & Eckland to find that the police officers violated the citizens' rights as a matter of law.
